OUR HISTORY
Situated in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside, Mill House Caravan Site & Boatyard has been a cherished retreat for campers and outdoor enthusiasts since the 1970s. Just three miles from the historic city of Worcester, our family-owned site blends natural beauty with modern comforts. Surrounded by the tranquil River Salwarpe and the scenic Droitwich Barge Canal, Mill House is the perfect place to relax, explore and connect with nature.
The story of Mill House dates back to the 1700s when it was originally a working farm. In the 1940s, the property transitioned into a camping and caravan site, catering to the increasing number of outdoor enthusiasts. The Ellaway family took ownership in the 1970s and expanded the site's facilities, making it a popular destination for visitors from across the UK and Europe. Today, Mill House continues to thrive under the stewardship of Michael and Sarah Cunningham, who uphold the site's tradition of hospitality and quality.
